George Lilly U.S. Congress
George was born in Denver, raised on 4th and Eudora St. and subsequently on 1st and Jersey during his attendance at George Washington High School. He attended Western State College, was honorably discharged from the Army, and then married and raised a family. His career has been in sales and marketing in the home and contract furnishing industry as a manufacturer's representative. More recently, he sold glass services for Gump Glass. Through business transfers, he has lived in Arizona and California but returned to Denver in 1991.

Currently, he resides with his wife and children in southeast Denver. George has run for the Denver Congressional District previously in 2004. Try, try, and try again!
Our economy is the organism that keeps America alive. It is sick and under attack by corrupt Central Bankers and self-serving politicians -- all of whom are lying to us. When will the truth be made known to the public? Ignore the finger pointing and follow the money.

The new policy of no bank left behind (Bear Stearns) is a debilitating one for a free enterprise system. As long as our government protects the inefficient, greedy and corrupt, it will discourage the industrious, honest and loyal Americans who want nothing more than to be left alone by big government so they can pursue their dreams without being harassed or hamstrung. Let's get people back to work, lower taxes, reduce regulations, and as a nation be friendly and trade with all nations while we mind our own business.

It's time for a change, but everyone talking about change now will not articulate the details. It's certain that what we're looking at is more of the same. That won't be the case with this candidate, because the first thing I will do when I get to Congress is to let the lobbyists know in no uncertain terms that my vote is not for sale, and I will send them out of my presence -- never to return.

The oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution is a sacred oath, and will not be violated by me under any circumstances. Compromising on principle is unacceptable to me under any circumstances! A candidate with principles is hard to find and they are few and far between. You have a chance to vote for one now if you're tired of all of this corrupt non-sense going on in Washington D.C.
